I don´t
have any favourite piece of Technology, but I think that social media can help
to fight against violence. Social media are very democratic, because anyone
with an internet can access them. Anyone has the right to use them to express
their opinion, and the most important thing is that people can denounce situations
of violence.
I have seen that many people make complaints of different types,
and it would be good if people who have suffered violence, tell their
experiences and denounce to the people involved, especially today with the
gender violence problems that we have been seeing in Chile and in the
university. The problem of social media is that the complaints aren´t
anonymous, but anyway it´s good that people who have suffered violence dare to
tell their situations so that they don´t happen again.

I agree!! but I think that we are not aware of the things we say.
ResponderEliminarI agree, but I think the problem of social networks is precisely that anyone can access them and give their opinion although the sea is violent, so it helps empowerment but at the same time encourages violence
ResponderEliminari agree with you, but the social network have the other side of been full of terribly violent opinions :(
ResponderEliminarSocial media helps us, but they are not perfect and we must continue working on them, so that we continue promoting the end of violence towards others.
